Nation Z (Z国 Z-koku)[1], also known as Nation X (X国 X-koku)[2], is a military state mentioned in Mega Man Battle Network 4 [3]. The country has a bad reputation, but its science thrives in excellence. Dr. Regal hails from that country, he was invited by NAXA to help build a Laser gun to stop an incoming asteroid.
