Needle Man Stage (ニードルマンステージ) is a stage debuting in Mega Man 3 that has Needle Man as the boss.
Appearances[]
Mega Man 3[]
Normal Stage[]
Needle Man's Stage takes place within a construction site in bright daylight, starting out overlooking a metropolitan area before moving around and above tall support beams. The stage was designed to be short and easy, having obstacles that'll help the player get accustomed to sliding.[1]. Some of these obstacles are actually pointy, such as the Hari Harries and Needle Presses, the latter of which is a gimmick unique to this stage. Needle Presses only appear in the green underground section, completely invisible until the player gets close, in which they continuously stab and hide to pierce any intruders. Beating this stage will additionally reward the player with Rush Jet.

Valuable pickups to look out for:
E-Tank: Right after the Needle Press room, this pickup is on a high platform. It can easily be reached with Rush Coil, but the Hari Harry will give the player a lot of trouble if he manages to get in the bottom level.
Revisited Stage[]
Needle Man's stage, when revisited.
Needle Man's Stage is one of the 4 stages that get revisited when the player has to take down the Doc Robots. The stage here actually takes place at night and features some starry skies. Needle Presses return, and only appear in the blue underground room near the beginning. The stage is quite easily the longest in the game, as after the 'Doc Air' fight, there is a very long and wide pit that can only be crossed by Rush Jet, with plenty of weapon energy to back up its ammo. If the player dies during this second half, the pickups do not respawn, meaning that the player will be out of energy for Rush Jet and be forced to Game Over. And after that, there are two unique mid-bosses that have to be fought as well.

Mega Man II[]
Needle Man's stage in Mega Man II.
Needle Man's Stage in the GB demake once again takes place in a metropolitan construction site. The enemies and obstacles are nearly identical to the NES stage, and Needle Presses, which were previously used in Wood Man's Stage, return here as the main gimmick.
