NetCity!, known as Internet City (インターネットシティ Intānetto Shiti) in Japan, is the 32nd episode of the MegaMan NT Warrior anime series. In the English dub, it was aired as the 25th episode. It features the debut of ToadMan.EXE, Bass.EXE and AirMan.EXE, and the only appearance of Arashi Kazefuki. It is the first appearance of NetCity.

Maylu and Roll wake up a jet-lagged Lan and MegaMan, just home from their travels, to show them an amazing new internet technology: the virtual NetCity! Meanwhile a net crime group known as Grave strikes to take over the world's cyber network. Grave operative Arashi sneaks his NetNavi AirMan into the computer system controlling Yai's mansion and puts her in "grave" danger by sending his AirMan in to overheat Yai while she's taking a bath! MegaMan must enter the computer network for Yai's mansion and go up against AirMan![1]
