Party Ball, also known as Kusudama and Gamball (ギャンボール Gyanbōru), is a mechanical flying ball that contains items inside. When damaged, they drop their content and fly away.

In Mega Man 8, they appear in two sizes in some stages. For some reason, they also hurt Mega Man for one point of damage if he makes physical contact with them. Not often, big Party Balls do not carry useful items. Instead, they may carry a Metall SV or a small Party Ball. Snapshots of both cases in the Sega Saturn version are available in the Gallery. Small Party Balls always provide good things.

In Mega Man & Bass and Rockman & Forte: Mirai Kara no Chōsensha, a Party Ball appears in a stage when the player buys an Item Presenter in the shop, being used automatically in Mega Man & Bass and manually in Rockman & Forte: Mirai Kara no Chōsensha.

In Mega Man Powered Up, a Party Ball appears in player-made stages that don't have a boss. They are also items the player can put into stages. Party Balls also need to be destroyed in certain challenges.
