Passy (パッシー Passhī) is a minor character in Mega Man Zero. She is a Hacker Cyber-elf who sacrifices herself to awaken Zero.
History[]
Mega Man Zero[]
Passy appears alongside Ciel, Milan, and other Resistance soldiers as they run from Neo Arcadian forces in the Underground Laboratory. When Milan is killed and Ciel is left defenseless at Zero's resting place, Passy urges Ciel to use her power to awaken him. Ciel is reluctant, but agrees and uses Passy to revive Zero, restoring his body but unfortunately not his memories.
Mega Man X DiVE[]
Passy appears as Chocolate Cyber-elf skill of Valentines Day Ciel and Reindeer-type Cyber-elf skill of Christmas Ciel, and she was dressed like a reindeer in the latter.

Passy appeared in the Rockman Zero manga. When Fefnir injured Rockman Zero in the Resistance Base, Passy used her power, sacrificing herself to heal him so he can protect the Resistance. After Rockman Zero and Lito left the base, Lito wonders why Zero stayed as Rockman Zero for so long after the battle ended, and Passy appeared from his body, reverting him to Zero. Passy somehow survived using her power and decides to accompany them, her power allowing Zero to change him into Rockman Zero anytime and for long periods.

- Early in Mega Man Zero's development, Ciel was considered as a playable character who would use Cyber-elves to fight. It's likely that Passy was planned to be Ciel's main Cyber-elf summon, but her role changed when the feature was dropped.[1]
- Passy has long hair on the back of her head in the artwork with Ciel, but not in the game.
