PlayStation 3 (or PS3 for short) is a video game console first released in November 11, 2006. It is the successor to the PlayStation 2 console.
Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10 were the only Mega Man games to be released for the console, there were only available via PlayStation Network. A video game titled Mega Man Universe was planned to be released for the console before being cancelled by Capcom.
PlayStation 3 was discontinued in New Zealand on 2015, both Europe and Australia on March 2016, North America on October 2016 and Japan on 2017. The console was succeeded by PlayStation 4 on late 2013.
