Power Muscler (パワーマッスラー Pawā Massurā) is a large enemy robot from Mega Man 5, and it appears in quite a few stages. Dr. Wily created it based on a comic book he had read when he was a kid. Power Muscler basically just jumps about similar to Big Eye, trying to crush Mega Man. If Mega Man tries to run under it, it uses jets to fall early. Using the slide is the best way to evade it. If forced to fight from below or above, use Power Stone or Beat for best results. If forced to fight in a horizontal passage, try to be in a place where the ceiling would prevent it from moving toward Mega Man, and rapid fire. Power Musclers are found in Gravity Man's, Gyro Man's, Crystal Man's, and Napalm Man's Stages, as well as the third stage of Proto Man's Castle and the second Wily Castle Stage.

It appears again in Napalm Man's Stage in Mega Man for the Game Gear.

The torso and head of the Power Muscler seems to be based on the appearance of Guts Man. On a minor note the fin on its head is very reminiscent of Tetsujin #28 (Iron Man #28), which is known in America as Gigantor.
