Ring Man's Stage is a stage that appeared in Mega Man 4 and Mega Man IV that has Ring Man as the boss.
Appearances[]
Mega Man 4[]
Ring Man's Stage takes place inside a glass-framed space simulator, and it is infamous for having four mid-bosses across the stage. The first climb of the stage has a bright blue sky with clouds, but the sky goes black once the first mid-boss is encountered. The space background will show some faint stars that get increasingly more frequent, with some planets and even a star shower at the end before the player goes inside the base to fight Ring Man. The stage's unique gimmick is a rainbow platform that is generated by 2 tile at the end of each. When stood on, the platform will move rightwards or leftwards (usually depending on where the player is coming from) into the end tile as to remove the platform temporarily, before forming it again. As such, it is set up for the player to keep running once the platform is activated. After the third mid-boss is defeated, the rainbow platforms are replaced by ring platforms, which function the same way. However, they move much faster and instead always go leftwards.

Valuable pickups to look out for:
Eddie: After the 2nd Kabatoncue, there is a ladder above that can be reached using a utility. The only thing in this room is Eddie, who will randomly provide a big health energy, a big weapon energy, a 1-UP, or an E-Tank. If the player doesn't like what they get and doesn't take it, they can re-enter the room to have Eddie provide the player another valuable pickup.
Mega Man IV[]

Ring Man's stage in the stage select screen from Mega Man IV.
Ring Man's Stage in the GB demake once again takes place inside a space simulator, and there are only two mid-bosses (the Kabatoncues got moved to Stone Man's Stage) this time. This stage also starts out in a nighttime sky. The rainbow and ring platforms, being unique to this stage, are now used in tandem throughout the stage, and as they share the same movement speed, differentiate only in what direction they start to move: the rainbow platforms go right and the ring platforms go left. This stage also has the most P-Chips to collect out of any the first four stages.

Valuable pickups to look out for:
P-Chips: A total of 34 P-Chips (4 large and 1 small) can be found and collected within this stage.
1-UP: Halfway through the stage, this pickup lies at the end of a slide gap in plain sight, but there is a bottomless pit coming out of it. Mega Man has to turn around as he grabs the pickup.
Plate: In the same room as the 1-UP, tucked away in an upper area. Mega Man can simply use the ladder to reach it, but it is guarded by the stage's first Mono Roader.
Trivia[]
- Ring Man's stage is second place in containing the most sub-bosses in any stage of the Mega Man franchise, with four appearing in the stage. The only one to top it is the Special Stage from Mega Man 9
