History[]
| This section requires expansion. |
Ruby-Spears Productions was founded by Joe Ruby and Ken Spears in 1977.
In 1994, Ruby-Spears had produced Mega Man, an animated series based on the original series of the same name. Although the show had good ratings, it did not receive a third season due to a number of factors, like the toy line being cancelled. As result, plans for a show based on the Mega Man X series were also abandoned.[1]
The studios was closed in 1996.
