Ryo Takamisaki (鷹岬 諒 Takamisaki Ryō, born August 14, 1963) is a Japanese manga artist from Tsuchiura, Ibaraki Prefecture. He graduated from Tsuchiura First High School and Nagoya University. His hobbies are motor sports and watching martial arts. He is also a big animal lover. He has stated that if he hadn't been able to make his debut as a manga artist, he would have ended up working for a life insurance company.[1]
