Sharo (シャーロ Shāro) is a location from the Mega Man Battle Network and Mega Man Star Force series equivalent to the real life Russia. It first appeared in Mega Man Battle Network 4. Sharo is the home of SearchMan's operator Raika and Ivan Chillski, ColdMan's operator. CosmoMan.EXE was once the head of Nebula's Sharo division.

Mega Man Battle Network 4[]
Sharo has a large space observatory lab and cooperates with NAXA to help prevent Earth being destroyed by an approaching asteroid.
Mega Man Battle Network 5[]
While the country itself didn't appeared in the game, CosmoMan was once the head of Nebula's Sharo division.
Mega Man Star Force 3[]
While not seen in the Mega Man Star Force series, the country was mentioned in a cutscene after the defeat of Spade Magnes. In the WAZA headquarters from Electopia, a scientist reports that the WAZA headquarters from Netopia, Sharo, and NetFrica were destroyed by Meteor G.

MegaMan NT Warrior Axess[]
In the anime, Lan travels to Sharo per request of the country's net force after a Dimensional Area manifests on their Rare Metal mine guarded by FridgeMan as they intend to use the mineral to mass produce Dark Chips. Here Raika explains that until recently Sharo used to be an extremely poor country suffering from both cold and hunger, until Morozov, a dog, found the Rare Metal mine which serves as Sharo's principal economic resource, being the source of 80% of the mineral. By the end of the episode, C.F. MegaMan and SearchMan defeat FridgeMan and both the mine and Morozov are secured. Underground Hero
Etymology[]
- The name Sharo is an anagram of the Japanese word for Russia: ロシア (Roshia).
