Sisi Roll (シシロール Shishi Rōru) is the mid-boss in Clown Man's stage in Mega Man 8. It looks like a giant bouncing disk with a grinning lion's face. It bounces around the room and will either shoot miniatures of itself or let loose the Rompers that latch on to Mega Man. It drops the Rush Question when defeated. It is weak to Astro Crush.

Sisi Roll also appears in Magic Man's stage and in Dr. Wily's stage in Mega Man & Bass. Its main function is to destroy sections of the floor to help the player progress further, and if the Mega Man or Bass destroys it another one will spawn in its place, making it mostly pointless to destroy it. Once the door is exposed one can slide or dash into the door to leave the area faster.
