MegaMan using Skull Barrier
Skull Barrier is Skull Man's power. It's another shielding weapon. Unlike the Leaf Shield, Mega Man can walk around with this. It automatically shuts off when it takes a hit too strong to hold up against. This particular weapon is Dive Man's weakness.
