Special Stage (スペシャルステージ Supesharu Sutēji) is a downloadable stage from Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10.
Mega Man 9[]
In the Special Stage, Mega Man must traverse a city landscape and face difficult enemies, including all sub-bosses found in the main game and the Mega Mech Shark before facing Fake Man in the end of the stage.

Mega Man 10[]
Mega Man 10 has three Special Stages, each with one of the Mega Man Killers as a boss. After defeating them, their Special Weapons become available for Mega Man. The stages show Mega Man's escape from the Wily Castle after Dr. Wily's defeat, starting in a space area from the top and ending in an area where the castle is about to explode.[1]
