Spy Larue I (スパイ ラリューI, Spy Larue I) is the sub-boss of Tech Kraken's stage in Mega Man Zero 4. It is an ice type Spy Larue.

Strategy

Spy Larue I can either be the easiest or a slightly harder Spy Larue to defeat. Its attacks are similar to the other two Spy Larues, but its elemental attack is it creating icicle shards in up to four sets (see below for patterns and how to dodge),

Its weaknesses provide a excellent offence strategy against it. Burning Shot can be used for range (and also has a high damage output, like Ice Javelin) and even Flame Fang can be used offensively (provided Zero does not get too close to use it).

The first set. To dodge, dash jump over the first set, and dash under the second set.

The second set. To dodge, jump over the first set. Be careful of the top shards.

The third set. To dodge, jump over the first set. Be careful of the top and bottom shards.

The fourth and most difficult set to dodge. To avoid it, jump over the first shard (be careful of the top icicles) and dash under the last set.
