Takeshi Horinouchi (堀之内 健 Horinouchi Takeshi, translated as Ken Horinouchi in some sources), also known as Horiken (ホリケン), is a game producer from Capcom that mainly worked in the Mega Man ZX and Mega Man Star Force series.
