So... why are they called "Yoku Blocks" anyway? Is "yoku" some kind of Japanese onomatopoeia for popping, like how "wan wan" is the sound dogs make or "choki" is the sound of snipping scissors?

Probably due to them appearing quite a bit in Yoku Man's stage in the fangame Megaman Unlimited.

IIRC "yoku" can be used to mean "well" or "skillfully" in Japanese, so I'd assume it's referring to the skill needed to navigate them. Also EdKolis, I think Yoku Man was named after the blocks, not the other way around (unless that was meant as a joke). GrizonII (talk) 01:59, November 29, 2018 (UTC)
