Isn't a world where only reploids exist a world where all the humans are dead? If fhat's what Iris's dying wish, does that mean her grief over her brother's death caused her to go maverick, or did Sigma infect her with his virus upon her entering the satelite? Or could it have something to do with fusing with Colonel's control chip? (It's stated in this page that Iris and Colonel were born seperately but their creators wanted them to originally be one but couldn't for some reason. perhaps they were made into two seperate reploids to avoid creating a maverick?)

I ask because I think Iris being a maverick during this point of Megaman X4 adds a subtle yet dynamic layer to her dialogue during her death scene.

Iris is Zero's navigator in...?

...Rockman X4?? She's his navigator in Rockman X2 Soul Eraser, but not in X4...

I am Argentinian and my language is Spanish, too. Well, Iris already IS Zero's navigator in X4, because she gives Zero information about the areas where you fight the Mavericks, but never talks with Zero in-game. I'm not very sure, but is very probable. 200.68.111.163 18:52, September 29, 2011 (UTC)

If I remember correctly, Iris acts as a navigator for the Maverick Hunters in Mega Man Xtreme 2 (which, I believe, precedes the events of Mega Man X4), which helps explain her past connections with Zero (or rather, how she knows him outside of word-of-mouth). She also interacts with X, something not seen in X4. However, I wouldn't say she was a navigator in X4, as neither she nor Double really give any real information about the stages and the Maverick bosses (that's done with the central console). Navigators don't start showing up until Alia's appearance in Mega Man X5. Hope this helps. Doomknocker 19:01, September 29, 2011 (UTC)
