D-Boy: I was watching a Speed Demo to help get the enemy list... but one part in Magic Man's stage was too fast to catch... was there a Met in Magic Man's stage?
Can we get a scan of the Nintendo Power image he originated from? Not that I don't believe this is true, but I totally want to see it. -- Somarinoa 06:20, July 4, 2011 (UTC)
- An anonymous poster added that back in June 2009 and I can't finding anything to provide it. According to Mega Man Official Complete Works all of the Mega Man & Bass bosses were designed by professionals. Yoshihiro Iwamoto designed Magic Man (and Ground Man). Maybe Nintendo Power did hold a character contest or that person just sent in some fan art of a magician themed robot, but it's not what this one is based on. -- Udana 07:38, July 4, 2011 (UTC)
- I totally thought of the Nintento Power contest when I read this article. I learned about it from Angry Video Game Nerd episode #33.
- He looks nothing like the actual Robot Master. Since I don't own the (any) Nintendo Power issue, I'll post a screenshot from the video.
