Please sign this petition to convince Capcom and Sony to release Mega Man X6 on American PSN. Also, if anybody knows how to inform Showtaro Morikubo and/or RoST, please post any answers you may have in this blog.

Mega Man X6 - A Rushed Game that Annoys Me
Oh my gosh. Where do I begin to list X6's flaws? The first big problem is that the game was rushed and not properly tested. Zero has the better time with the adventure than X does, making this game arguably a Zero game (X4 and X5 could also be Zero games). Another flaw is that the Nightmare phenomenon was not implemented well. I know that Capcom was trying to bring back the levels of the SNES trilogy where defeating one boss changes another boss's level. The third big flaw in my opinion is that the first level of Gate's secret lab requires a Jumper part if you play as X (when he doesn't wear the Shadow Armor). If you play as Zero or Shadow Armor X, you can jump to the ceiling and slide onto the high ledges that have rows of spikes. Good luck trying to jump over the spikes any other way.
I listed three big problems, but I can find more than that. For the ones that I did not list, I need to share this playlist. I have to warn you that there is some swearing in the let's play (who wouldn't curse while playing this game?). I hope it's okay that I share these videos here. It should be convincing enough evidence to show bad X6 is.
The good parts are the fact Dynamo returns and you can farm Nightmare Souls from him, the rescuable Reploids can give you parts when you save them, and the game has great music (my favorite tunes are Commander Yammark's theme, Blizzard Wolfang's and Gate's Lab).
