If Zan Sidera is to be believed (I do), Pantheons are only degraded reploids by their bodies only. According to him there was never a word of Pantheons being mentally degraded.
So has anyone the translation along with the japanese original text to comfirm Zan's translation? I do not doubt him, but how about you?
