The Elecitel Family Situation (エレキテル家の事情 Erekiteruke no Jijō) is the 11th episode of Rockman.EXE Beast+. It features the debut of Ann Elecitel, Beast Cross and Aqua Beast, the return of Count Elec, who had been absent from the series since the finale of Stream, and the only appearance of Tomahawk Beast.

Netto and Rockman discover the power of Cross Beast while Ann, Count Elec's estranged wife, has sought him out looking for money. When she finds out there is no money left, she confiscates ElecMan and Dingo and Dekao try to win him back to no avail. Dekao calls Netto for assistance, and a map leading to the Elecitel's last bit of fortune is found.
Summary[]
The episode opens with Count Elec, who ran away from MaHa Niban, begging Dekao, Dingo, and Maha Jarama to hide him. Maha Jarama tells him that Hinoken could not find him, and that someone came to Jyawaii looking for him. Figuring that the person should not make the effort to come to Densan City for him Hinoken told them where Jack was. Jack panics and attempts to leave as a young woman steps into the restaurant. She is revealed to be Ann Elecitel, Jack's estranged wife. She scolds Jack for trying to run from her as electricity courses between her hands.
At Higure's chip shop, Netto shows off Rockman's new Cross Beast powers to Shuko, AquaMan, Meiru, Toru, and Higure. He explains that when Shuko brought her PET to Netto for repairs, AquaMan and Rockman's Beast Out powers must have merged, and became Aqua Beast. The cash register begins acting up and Higure asks Netto and Rockman to check it out. Netto plugs Rockman in, but he overdoes it and causes the cash register to malfunction with his newfound powers, shooting cash everywhere and causing the sprinkler system to go off.
Back at MaHa Ichiban, Ann shocks Jack when she learns he has no money left. Maha Jarama explains who Ann is to Dingo and Dekao to their surprise. Ann reminds Jack that when they were young he was mesmerized by her natural ability to generate electricity and approached her. In a flashback, Jack, having witnessed Ann shock a guest at a party, fell in love with her and confessed his feelings, though her parents arranged a marriage already. Jack crashes Ann's marriage and proposes to her with a massive diamond ring promising to make her happy and carefree, and she accepts. In the present, she continues to scold him and that he was a great evildoer as a member of the World Three. Jack snaps and tells her that she lives on overindulgence and spends money like flowing water, money that he planned on retiring with. Ann shocks him again and Dekao asks Maha Jarama if they should intervene, which Maha Jarama wisely states they should not get involved with matrimonial affairs.
Ann confiscates ElecMan, who manages the Elecitel's inheritance, and tells Jack she has no use for a man who threw away his family name and begins to leave, but Dingo and Dekao challenge her for ElecMan's custody, humorously disregarding Jack. ElecMan under Ann's operation easily overpowers TomahawkMan and GutsMan.
Back at Higure's, Netto and Toru marvel at Aqua Beast's power as Meiru scolds them. Netto gets a distressed call from Dekao and summons him to MaHa Ichiban. Back at the restaurant, Dingo and Dekao marvel as Ann operates ElecMan at full strength and Netto arrives. Dekao forces Rockman to plug in as ElecMan defeats TomahawkMan. At first, ElecMan easily overpowers Rockman, but Netto counters by borrowing TomahawkMan's data to become Tomahawk Beast. Rockman wins, and Jack's guitar bursts due to the chaos of the fight. The group finds a rolled up paper that came out fo the guitar leading to the Elecitel's fortune, and they all board a plane to Kingland.
