ThunderMan.EXE is the NetNavi of Raoul in the MegaMan NT Warrior anime series, with the two of them meeting and befriending Lan Hikari and MegaMan during the latter two's World Tour via their Second Place Prize from the N1 Grand Prix.
ThunderMan and Raoul meet Lan in episode 28, where Lan loses his PET containing MegaMan during his time in Netopia. Here the duo are trying to prevent a corrupt mayor named Daryl from demolishing a portion of their town they live in, which is known as Heaven City. With MegaMan's help in WoodShield custom mode, Raoul and Thunderman defeat the wave of electric viruses. They appear again in NetCity's stadium. ThunderMan and MegaMan have an intense NetBattle, but are interrupted by the Grave Virus Beast. ThunderMan gets absorbed trying to stop it, but MegaMan is saved by Bass. ThunderMan is later released when the Grave Virus Beast is destroyed.
Raoul and ThunderMan appear again in Electopia to get revenge against BrightMan for deleting a friend's Navi. At the same time, Darkloids attack the Net, taking advantage of Lan and MegaMan's injuries. Raoul and ThunderMan team up with Raika and SearchMan in order to fight and battle against the Darkloid quartet of BrightMan, SwordMan, FridgeMan, and NovaMan. Although they are outnumbered, SearchMan and ThunderMan manage to defeat the Darkloids while deleting BrightMan in the process. Raoul and ThunderMan remain in Electopia for a short time after this. During this time, Lan becomes increasingly powerful because of both his new Cross Fusion abilities with MegaMan and his new Advanced PET II which he received in episode 36, but also more arrogant and overconfident in the process. In order to help Lan see some humility while also teaching him a valuable lesson as well, Chaud asks Raoul for his help in having the both of them pretend to be Nebula agents (with their disguises humorously being disco outfits), and NetBattle against Lan and MegaMan from within the events of episode 37. During the course of this scenario however, their battle is interrupted by SwordMan, who uses one of his swords as a lightning rod. Because of this, ThunderMan is quickly defeated by SwordMan and in the process, his own disguise is destroyed, revealing himself to MegaMan. ThunderMan soon resonates with MegaMan, who obtains his Double Soul to defeat SwordMan with a close ranged blast. After this, Raoul and ThunderMan reveal themselves to Lan and MegaMan, with Lan finally realizing his own folly from within the ordeal itself and after this, both Raoul and ThunderMan leave Electopia so that the two of them could head back to Netopia.
