Tondeall (トンデオール Tondeōru) is a flying cannon enemy in Mega Man 5. It floats back and forth while periodically shooting at Mega Man, adjusting its shots depending on his position relative to them. In Mega Man 5 it appears in Star Man's stage, Gyro Man's stage, and the first two stages in Proto Man's Castle. Tondeall also appears in Star Man's stage in Mega Man for the Game Gear.
Etymology[]
Tondeall's name is derived from "tonde iru (飛んでいる)" or "tonde oru (飛んでおる)", which roughly means flying in Japanese.
