TopMan.EXE (タップマン Tappuman) is a minor character in Rockman EXE Axess who appeared in the episode Top and Grandchild. He is a NetNavi operated by Tensuke Takumi.

TopMan is the NetNavi of Tensuke Takumi.
History[]
TopMan made a one-off appearance in the Rockman EXE Axess episode Top and Grandchild. TopMan met Rockman for the first time in a NetBattle Machine at the Akihara Silver Center. TopMan had a brief battle with Rockman but lost to him.
Later on the episode, when Tensuke's giant top was going out of control, he plug-ins TopMan into the spinning top. TopMan unsuccessfully attempted to delete the viruses on his own, only putting himself into danger as the Billy viruses paralyzing him until Tensuke uses Bamboo Lance to delete the viruses, freeing TopMan from being paralyzed. Later, Rockman appeared to delete the viruses for TopMan.
Afterwards at Higure-Ya, TopMan is seen training with Kosuke's NetNavi, the unnamed Navi uses Flame Line and then TopMan uses Aqua Tower as a counterattack to the Flame Line attack.
