Top Secret Orders C.F. (極秘指令C.F. Gokuhi shirei C.F.) is the forty-first episode of Rockman.EXE Stream. It aired July 16, 2005 in Japan.[1]
Plot[]
Darkloids appear one after another in the Cyber World. Netto and Rockman are busy dealing with them, but they are defeated in a battle with Cosmoman who materialized, and the Synchro Chip is broken. To get the Synchro Chip fixed, Netto must go to Yuichiro, who is on a business trip to Sharo, so he takes Charlie's helicopter to the Cross Fusion Laboratory where Yuichiro is. However, a Darkloid appears there as well and starts a destructive activity, blocking Netto's path.[1]
Summary[]
Charlie flies his helicopter above a city, thinking about Tesla. A Net Savior helicopter follows behind and requests they land immediately. Dingo is delivering curry and throws his tomahawk for directions, but it hits a Net Savior car and breaks the door off. Dingo freaks out, thinking he’s going to be arrested. Jasmine watches Inukai’s lion, Umanosuke, helping take care of him when he starts growling at the two Net Savior officers at the doorway. Nenji is setting off fireworks at the beach and the men approach him. Manabe informs Commissioner Kifune that Meijin has been flown to Sharo to assist Yuichiro, to which Kifune hopes their project is a success.
Netto eats at Maha Ichiban, confused about Dingo’s sudden departure. Meiru arrives with a cat, talking to Netto about their trip to the vet when she informs him that Nenji has also left. Dekao arrives after a curry delivery and informs Netto that Jasmine is gone as well. They think it’s a weird coicidence that all three left two days ago. Darkloids begin to attack Internet City. Netto is called on scene immediately. Swallowman, Cloudman, and Cosmoman attack Rockman immediately upon arrival, overwhelming him with their attacks. Roll and Gutsman arrive to help, Magicman following shortly after. The battle shifts in Rockman’s favor with his friend’s help, but Dark Rockman summons a Dimensional Area.
Cosmoman attacks the surrounding area, destroying cars and buildings. Netto Cross Fuses, managing to stop Cosmoman’s attack, but he’s ambushed and hit on his chest emblem, forcing him out of Cross Fusion and destroying his Synchro Chip. Netto is flown to Sharo so Yuichiro and Meijin can repair his Synchro Chip. Dark Rockman is pleased that Netto can’t Cross Fuse and sends his Darkloids after him.
Netto lands in Sharo and is flown to a research site. From the helicopter Netto sees a bridge begin to collapse with a truck on in. He asks the helicopter to land, but realizes he can’t do anything to help without Cross Fusion. A Dimensional Area is suddenly called and Charlie, now in Cross Fusion, flies in and saves the driver. Netto more shocked when he arrives to the location and sees Nenji, Dingo, and Jasmine. Meijin reveals that Pride is among the group as well.
Odd things begin to happen as an excavator machines loses control nearby the area. Yuichiro explains that everyone brought to the site is vital for their fight against Duo and thanks them for their cooperation. Raika calls Netto for help, explaining there’s an emergency and he’s unsure what’s causing it. Unfortunately, Meijin is still in the process of repairing Netto’s Synchro-Chip. Charlie flies Netto towards excavator, trying to prevent it from reaching the city. Raika requests a dimensional area after Netto is unable to plug Rockman in. Cosmoman, Cloudman, and Swallowman materialize, but Raika and Charlie Cross-Fuse to fight them.
