Toxic Seahorse, known as Acid Seaforce (アシッド・シーフォース) in Japan, is a Maverick in Mega Man X3. Since his stage takes place in what appears to be sewers followed by a large dam, one could assume that in the storyline, he planned to pollute the water supply to endanger humans. His weapon is Acid Burst, which is some globs of acid. His weakness is Frost Shield; since the Frost Shield's normal fire delays before launching, it can be used as a trap for Toxic Seahorse. He can also teleport himself, dissolving his body.
