V (ヴイ Vui), Cone in Mega Man for Game Gear, is a simple buoy robot enemy that doesn't attack, but serves as an obstacle on the water and as a radar to detect enemies in Wave Man's stage in Mega Man 5. Its name is pronounced similar to "buoy".
