Wan Tanmen (ワン・タンメン) is a minor antagonist in Rockman.EXE Stream. He is Cardamom's greedy third apprentice who is obsessed with wealth, and desires Cardamom's legendary panacea recipe to sell. His name appears to be a play on wonton noodles (ワンタン麺, wantan men).
He first appears army crawling on Cardamon's property, using special glasses to bypass the old apothecary's traps. When he finds the server with all of Cardamom's medicine recipes in it, he plugs hundreds of viruses and a trio of Navi Blacks into it, but Rockman, Meddy, and GutsMan plug in and begin deleting the viruses. Dekao Oyama passes behind Wan with a baby panda as he attacks Cardmom's server, and noticing that the panda knows the safe route to Cardmom's home, forces Dekao and the panda to lead him there. Holding the two ransom, Wan attempts to bargain for the recipe, but is attacked by the baby panda's mother and flees, setting off the Net Hermit's traps as he runs. Nihao! Net Hermit
