Wave Man is one of the six Robot Masters from Mega Man 3: The Robots are Revolting. He is an aquatic Robot Master that uses a high-pressured water cannon known as the Water Shooter to eliminate his foes at a distance. He is weak against Shark Man's Shark Boomerang. He is found on a tanker docked at a loading platform.

Trivia

• Wave Man’s appearance seems to be heavily based on Air Man, sharing an almost completely identical appearance and the same colors aside from several water spouts instead of a fan on his torso, a purple “belt” on Wave Man’s waist, and purple bands around his ankles. His mugshot also seems to be a edit of Air Man’s.
• Wave Man’s eyes are black in his mugshot, but red in his sprite.
• Wave Man is weak to Shark Boomerang, but all other weapons in the game other than his own Water Shooter can do extra damage to him.
