The Wii is a video game console developed by Nintendo. The console was first released in North America on November 19, 2006 and later released worldwide in that same year. The console was competed with Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Sony's PlayStation 3.

The Wii was discontinued in North America, Europe and Australia on 2011 whereas the console was discontinued in Japan on 2013.

The first video game of the Mega Man franchise is Mega Man 9, it was initially in North America on September 24, 2008 only available via WiiWare.
