Wilshire Hills, known as Roppondō Hills (ロッポンドーヒルズ, Roppondō Hills) in Japan is a location in Mega Man Star Force 2. It's a part of Capital City, known as TK City ( TKシティ, TK Shiti) in Japan. Geo Stelar, Luna Platz, Bud Bison, and Zack Temple go to the area after Gredy Miser gives them tickets to watch the movie Ghost Crisis.

IFL Tower, known as TK Tower (ＴＫタワー, TK Tower) in Japan, is the tallest building in the country. It is also a gigantic EM wave transmitter, with all the EM waves in the country being controlled by it, making it one of the most important facilities in the country. Due to this, Hyde makes it his target.

Etymology

• Roppondo Hills and TK Tower are apparently based on Roppongi Hills and the Tokyo Tower, both located in Minato, Tokyo.
• Its English name, Wilshire Hills, is likely based on Wilshire Boulevard of Los Angeles, California. The IFL Tower is likely a reference to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France, upon which the Tokyo Tower is based on.
