Wind Cutter (ウィンドカッター Windo Kattā) is the weapon X and Axl receive from defeating Wind Crowrang in Mega Man X7. It sends out an air-element boomerang that returns to the player if it doesn't hit an enemy. When X powers it up, it sends out eight projectiles in eight directions around X, and they home in on enemies. This weapon is Vanishing Gungaroo's weakness. It is also Sigma's first form's weakness, but it won't do much damage.
