Mega Man using Wind Storm
Wind Storm (ウインドストーム) is Wind Man's special weapon. It sends out a grey tornado that creeps along the floor. Up to three tornadoes can be used at the same time. The tornadoes disappear when they hit an obstacle. Some non-boss enemies are sent flying up into the air when defeated by it.

One Wind Storm uses 1 weapon energy unit. It can be used 28 times with a full weapon energy gauge.

- Oddly, Wind Man himself does not seem to use the Wind Storm.
