Zoanoroids (ゾアノロイド, Zoanoroido) are the main threat of Rockman EXE Beast. They are NetNavis from the world of Beyondard that were corrupted by the Beast Factor, which made them abandon and hate their operators and all of humanity as a whole, becoming loyal and zealous followers of the Cyber Beast Glaga or Falzer.

Profile

Zoanoroids can be identified with their Navi Marks, as they have been replaced by the symbols of either Glaga or Falzer and have ability to Beast Out. Zoanoroids are insane and have a zealous devotion to their Cyber Beast masters, going to any length to please them, and are devoid of mercy. Zoanoroids can be converted from one side or another, such as when Zoano PharaohMan converted Zoano SparkMan from Falzer's army to Glaga's. Any Navi within the proximity of a Cyber Beast, whether they are from Beyondard or Earth, is prone to being infected with the Beast Factor, such as Colonel or a FootMan team Zoano PharaohMan captured.

Zoanoroids originally came from Beyondard and are addressed with the prefix “Zoano”. For example, the Zoanoroid PlantMan would be Zoano PlantMan. Some Zoanoroids are not known to have regular world counterparts, while others, such as Zoano GutsMan and Zoano NumberMan, are counterparts of their Earth counterparts (GutsMan and NumberMan). Zoanoroids with Earth counterparts have distinct color differences from their Earth counterpart, such as Zoano GutsMan being red and purple rather than red and yellow like the original.

History

The Zoanoroids invaded Netto Hikari's world in an attempt to capture Trill for their respective leaders. As Netto's world lacks the Beast Factor and a constant Dimensional Area, Zoano Punk forced Makoto Aoki to create Copyroids for the Zoanoroids, allowing them to attack in the Real World. They are later fought in Beyondard. After the defeat of the Super Cyber Beast, the Beast Factor was wiped out from Beyondard, putting an end to the Zoanoroids.

Due to their defeat, Zoanoroids did not appear in Beast+, although they were mentioned when Netto initially believed the Zero Virus to be a Zoanoroid, but immediately corrected himself, knowing it couldn't be possible.

Zoanoroid Soldiers

Zoano Soldiers (ゾアノ兵士, Zoano Heishi), or Zoanoroid Soldiers (ゾアノロイド兵士, Zoanoroido Heishi), are the generic footmen of Glaga and Falzer. It is unknown how they came to be, but it is likely they are NormalNavis infected with the Beast Factor.

Zoano MetalMan (ゾアノメタルマン, Zoano Metaruman) attacks Princess Pride and Yuriko Ozono after they defeat Zoano KendoMan, launching rockets at the two. They are unharmed, however, and team up to fight him.

Zoano NapalmMan (ゾアノナパームマン, Zoano Napāmuman) fights against Nenji Rokushakudama and Jasmine, exchanging blasts with C.F. NapalmMan before C.F. Meddy uses her Meddy Capsule to stun him. He is then blasted by C.F. NapalmMan and deleted.

Zoano BlizzardMan (ゾアノブリザードマン, Zoano Burizādoman) was pursuing Dekao Oyama around in front of MaHa Ichiban, but Dark Miyabi throws exploding spikes under Zoano BlizzardMan's skis. Miyabi tells Dekao to go back into the restaurant as he confront Zoano BlizzardMan.

Zoano KendoMan (ゾアノケンドーマン, Zoano Kendōman) invades Earth with several other Zoanoroids, and fights against Princess Pride and Yuriko Ozono. He is about to finish off C.F. KnightMan before C.F. NeedleMan stops him with her Needle Cannon, and the two finish him off with Spread Gun Battle Chips.

After Nenji Rokushakudama and Jasmine stop Zoano NapalmMan, Zoano Meddy (ゾアノメディ, Zoano Medi) throws several Meddy Capsules at C.F. Meddy, who is guarded by C.F. NapalmMan. As Jasmine tries to wake Nenji up, Zoano Meddy confronts her as Jasmine watches on in confusion. She is presumably defeated, as Nenji and Jasmine later arrive in Densan City unhurt.

Trivia

• Unlike the Darkloids and the Asteroids, the Zoanoroids have no surviving members after their defeat. The Darkloids are survived by BubbleMan and the Asteroids are survived by Asteroid NapalmMan, respectively.
• The Zoanoroids appear to be based off of the Zoanoids, a race of evil monsters from the series Guyver. Plus, a Zoanoroid is a NetNavi that can mutate its appearance while Zoanoids are humans that can transform into monsters.
